UPDATE: I updated the Ludum Dare entry, adding a few things, to make this small game prototype. This prototype features 1 puzzle, 1 "trap-puzzle" and two really simple endings. The prototype is obviously very rough but I want to show you something closer to my vision for the full Enola game. The full game will feature a larger forest, 5 realms (levels), 4 secret "trap levels," a final level that changes according to your actions in these previous levels, and different endings. For Enola I want to focus on a different kind of fear, not the kind of fear you experience in games with monsters, demons, or bloody walls. Enola will explore how scary the actual human nature can be.

A brief background...
I am Sergio, an indie developer from El Salvador. Last December I made "Enola" (approximate pronuntiation "nwola") a small game for the 48 hour ludum dare game development competition, and I'd love to take the game to a new level, and deliver a full interactive experience. The 48 hour game that I made is mostly an exploration game, but for the full version of Enola I want to make what I'd define as "horror/adventure," as it will combine puzzles and unnerving situations in a twisted world.
You're a nameless solitary character (maybe a person?), completely lost and with no previous knowledge of anything, and you have to figure out where you are and what to do based on the clues and pieces of information you get. Enola takes place in this weird twisted world, and there's a reason for this other than being a "visual style." Maybe this place is an alien planet, another dimension, or a dream. You don't know for sure, but you have to find out. Everything in Enola's story and setting is open to the players' interpretation.
Some of my inspirations for this game are Myst, Silent Hill, The Blair Witch Project, Red Dragon, and Marble Hornets on Youtube. Visually, I was greatly inspired by the video game Limbo. By looking at these sources of inspiration, you can probably guess the kind of game I want Enola to be.
You can check Enola, the game I made for the ludum dare 22 competition here.

What I Need...
Since I'm not this talented person that can take on all aspects of making a game by himself, I'm asking for your support because I'll need the help from others to make a game into a really cool experience. This would include designers, artists, and (I hope) audio specialists as well, so you can experience Enola not just with your eyes but with your ears as well. As you can see, I need enough backing so I can turn Enola into a full game that everyone can play and enjoy.
The money would also be used to acquire a Mac (used or new, doesn't matter), and iDevices to test and port Enola to iOS, since the simple look-and-point control scheme would fit touch screens perfectly, and also to get a spot in different gaming events, like PAX, GDC, and such, so I'll be able to show the game to as many people as possible, live.
You Can Help!
You can help us by making a donation, and you'll also get some nice items (from a copy of the game to the full source code). On the other hand, you can also help by telling others about this campaign. Please share the link to this page with as many people as you can, post it on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, blogs, and anything else!
