What's it all about!

My name is John Mierau. ENEMY LINES is a near-future adventure novel. It's built on mystery, danger, a touch of humor, and exciting characters you will root for... but they won't always win.

Now I want to make it available in ebook and Print. I created this IndieGoGo campaign to fund editing & cover illustration.

What's ENEMY LINES about? Well now, that would be telling! In short, it's a near-future adventure about conspiracies, spies and aliens-where the lines aren't as clear as you think.  I don't want to spoil it by saying more, but if you like hints, you can check out the Book Trailer, or the transmedia campaign I put together with some of the top audiobook and podcast fiction voice around: 'ENEMY LINES: Transmissions'.

I'm an independant artist. I've never had an advance, a publicity budget or an editorial staff. I do everything myself or I have to find someone who can help.

To me, IndieGoGo feels like the best way to reach out to my readers to fund what I'm creating *for* them. I don't believe I need a publisher to commission beautiful covers and pay for editng and printing costs. That just drives up the cost for you, and the profits for another company.
