About Thesis of Evil movie

In a time where super villains are more celebrated than heroes, doing evil has become a huge business. And where there is money, there are always the men in suits pushing paperwork and schedules. Dr. Professor, the most successful Super Villain of his time,  ?nds himself not to be the one in control of his own evildoings. Thesis of Evil is a dark comedy set in the world of superheroes, gigantic mutant koalas and death rays. 

 

About us

We are young, talented and enthusiastic film makers from Northern Scandinavia, Oulu, Finland. There are approx 15 people in the core group and altogether 30-40 people to help us in various tasks.

Professional actor Pentti Korhonen gives a face to Dr. Professor. The rest of the cast is compromised of almost 100 people. We even have Mario Van Peebles in a cameo role. What we need is professional voice actors and studio, see more below.

About Motion Novel

Motion Novel is a new technique we came up with since a story of this magnitude would be impossible to make outside big studios (we don't even have small studios in Finland :) ) Motion Novel combines high-end photography, 3D computer graphics, animation and sound into a new way of storytelling.

How much and where do we need the funding?

The whole film is going to be spoken in English and finding native speaking English-speaking actors with talent is pretty much impossible to find in Oulu. So we have to look further, all the way to England and United States for professional actors and that costs some serious money. A sound studio and a staff arent free either. We also have to be present at the recording and it's a looong way from Oulu to just about anywhere.

We've made a budget for the voice acting and this is how the costs will be divided:

   2,600 $ Studio and staff

   3,200 $ Actor fees

   1,400 $ Travel costs

   800 $ Audio mixing

   8,000 $ Total
