Deader Days started out as an idea in Marcus' head. During a Twitter IRL meeting, Marcus pitched the idea to Metronome Pictures. After a few more meetings we asked Marcus if we could produce his web-series. Dozens of script revisions, 100's of auditions and weeks of fine tuning the pitch video and here we are. Now its up to all of you to help get the funds needed to make DeaderDays more than just your nightmare. We want to make it real. Donate and Share the Scare!
Deader Days is a Dark Comedy web-series. Daryl is just another Zombie trying to make it in the real world full of tasty humans, asshole co-workers, pot-head roomies, and sexy love interests. Life was hard, being Dead is harder.

Where are the brains?
So far, it hasn't been done. A zombie/comedy/web series shot like a movie and ready for the world. We have planned six (6) 5-8 minute episodes, a comic book, sweet t-shirts, and are gunning for ComicCon!
The first Episode "Day Job" is planned to be ready by Oct. 31st. Donate early and spread the word.
We need to get a Life
We need to raise a minimum of $7,500 to shoot the first six (6) Episodes. We are big on making it a true Indie project and aren't going to ask for any more than we need to get it done. Everyone involved is donating time and even money of their own to see Deader Days come to life (PUN INTENDED). Equipment and insurance, always the two biggest hurdles to over come. Most of the locations we need require us to have a huge Insurance Policy or we can't shoot there. Equipment has to be rented. If we went out to buy all the equipment we needed, we would spend upwards of $75,000. Renting is cheaper. =D
If we don't reach our goal, we will start Pre-production, make a great first few episodes and come back again. We know its a leap of faith for all our Funders, but we wouldn't throw our reputations on the line for nothing.
Time to get excited for the perks. We know you are going to donate just cuz you like us and our funny twitter posts, but hey who doesn't want a t-shirt, or a DVD with sweet bonus footage and a documentary of what the heck happened on set? Who doesn't want a signed poster or a piece of Daryl's Clothes.? Who wouldn't want a meet and greet with the cast or even a review of your Indie projects from a business stand point? Do you love the project and want to be apart of making it happen on a first hand basis? Pony up and you can be a Co-Executive Producer. Everyone gets a shout out on all the sites, just because it means so much to us that you be recognized for your contribution.
