Artist T'sao Wei is a graduate of London College of Communication with a
degree in B.A. Book Arts and Crafts. He specialises in illustration and
relief printmaking. His knowledge of this type of storytelling mainly
comes from his love for films, comic books, picture books and wordless
novels. Outside of these mediums his sources of inspiration comes from
life itself, because the more experiences he has in life, the more
material he can gather to tell his stories.
Wei has exhibited and
sold works at the London Artists Book Fair 2007 hosted by the
Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Urban Arts Exhibition 2008 and a
group exhibition at the R.K. Burt Gallery in London with partners from
one of his collectives, The Last 9?. The rest of his time is spent
working on self-published comic books with another of his collectives,
Project Dynasty Studios.
