About Me
Dana is a Canadian photojournalist and producer who has been working
internationally for nearly ten years on projects throughout the Middle
East, North America, Central Europe, the UK and India and has produced
several films for the festival circuit and international broadcast. Her
films have screened at festivals that include the Full Frame Festival
(USA) and Tudo Verdade (BR) and broadcast on CNN, RTP and STV.
Dana was photo editor of The Prague Post for 3 years and has freelanced
as a photojournalist for publications that include Marie Claire (CZ),
The Washington Post (US) and The Calgary Sun (CA). Her photographs have
appeared in international exhibitions that include CONTACT (CA), the
worlds largest photo event.
She co-founded Mortal Coil Media (UK) and has managed operations remotely since 2007.
In 2011, she returned to Canada after a year in India as a Project
Manager and Producer on a collaboration between Metamorphosis Film
Junction and UNICEF.
