The Team:

Director / Writer Mitchel A. Jones (The Initiation, Funland, The Pilfir) takes on his most difficult project to date with actress Nicole Kruex (Next Door, FAUX, Shy), 'Discursion'.  Thank to the incredible support though investors AND our IndieGOGO fans Discursion grew from a 1,500K dream into a fully funded feature film!!  Now in production we are opening another opportunity to pre-order the DVD throughout the production process.

OUR GOAL IS TO SELL AS MANY PRE ORDER DVD'S AS POSSIBLE!!

We've kept our expectations low - Like any independent feature there is a 50/50 chance for success, we are not delusional but optimistic. 

OUR $500 GOAL IS A MINIMUM

This is our online pre-order system. A way to continue to guarantee the first 800 customers receive the pre-release directors cut of Discursion.  These will be the only FULL release and/or signed versions available to the public.  The retail version will be drastically different...

Our Story:

A survivor of warfare born chemical attack, Cassie Becker faces a new world of terrible realization.  The Human race has suffered terrible recourse in the wake of an attack that never should have been leaving the remaining inhabitants in a state far less then human.  It has been six months since to the day in this new world of indescribable destruction and isolated fear.  In search of the only person she holds dear Cassie must fight the onslaught of creatures once precious to her in an unstoppable journey to reunite.  


The Impact

This project is the first in a series of productions to help us come closer to our ultimate goals.  As always, a portion of our proceeds are donated back to charities of choice such as Scares that Care, Caring Bridge, and the future Minneapolis Media Arts Center for Underprivileged Youth.  


What We Need & What You Get

Seeking just enough to help us make this a reality, the team behind 'Discursion' would be honored to receive your help with the minor costs above those we are fronting on our own.  Though we only requested 1K in funding we will gladly accept any contributions above and beyond that, extra funding will only help push our post production efforts further!!


We will use this money to complete our SFX, provide food and gas money for our cast, and generate a publicity swell to further the reach of our project's presence.


DONATIONS ARE WELCOME!!!

We are still taking donations, and every donation of $14 or more will receive a DVD.  The production titles are still available and though we are no longer adding investors?  An Associate Producer credit is only $250 or get crazy to receive an Executive Producer credit at $500.
