Our Story

"Cafe Verde"    My dream...inspired by the idea of community, Cafe Verde is a symbol of growth... a unique temporary structure that  will cultivate ideas, education and community.  A 60' tall towering structure in the shape of a giant beanstalk.  On the 6th floor 48'  feet in the sky will be an observation deck to look down on the city in which it grows. On the interior, the 1st and main floor will have a cafe that serves free homemade soups and teas, we will have a stage to conduct sustainable living and alternative energy seminars, spoken word, poetry, live acoustic music and  children's storytelling.  Its conception will be at the Black Rock City Art event titled "Burning Man" buts its potential is endless.  Once its been created initially it has the ability to be rebuilt anywhere. My ultimate goal is to reach all communities and Cafe Verde will represent a place of growth. With the help of sponsors we will have the ability to educate and inspire children, conduct food drives and clothing drives for the needy. The possibilities are endless once its first grown.


The Impact

Projected impact is to initiate community involvement around the world, centered around the idea of exchange in the fields of art, education and community. 


What We Need & What You Get


Our goal is $33,800.. I have used sophisticated budgeting software to estimate each penny! If I do not reach at least half the goal than I will personally refund your money.  Half the amount will allow me to create the structure, the full goal will allow me to create the structure, cafe, seating, stage, sound system and storage of this Giant Structure.. Lets aim for the full goal!
