Bunny is a short film about a gay couple isolated in their suburban neighbourhood who struggle with the devastating effects of Alzheimers.
Everyone fears aging. We worry about what will happen to us if we become ill, whether we will be able to take care of ourselves, and, most disturbing of all, whether we will have to go through it alone. Few films touch upon this sensitive issue; even fewer from a gay perspective. We feel its an important topic that should be explored, and we need your support to help make this film a reality.
There are considerable costs associated with this project. Even though all of the crew are generously donating their time, we still need to pay for our actors, equipment rentals, and the odd granola bar so no one starves to death. We are hoping to raise $4,000 by December 1st, 2010. Any amount you can contribute would be a huge help.
