Our new film, Broken Cycle, is currently in the final stages of post-production and in need of additional funding to help cover the cost of our post audio work and deliverables. The above teaser is just a small sample of what unfolds in less than a minute of the film.

THE FILM

Broken Cycle is a short film about a bullied teen searching for safety and acceptance in a group of neighborhood thugs.

The film was produced as a thesis project at Regis University (Colorado Film School). Recently, it was one of 15 films from over 1000 yearly submissions to screen at the Colorado Film School Spring Semester Student Showcase.  It was recognized with top honors, earning awards for Best Director, Best Thesis Film and Best Picture.

WHAT WE NEED

The film is mostly complete, however, we're trying to raise $2,000 to help with post-production expenses.  This money is crucial for the completion of the project, and will be used for:

• Sound design/edit/mix
• Licensing
• Printed materials - posters and press kits
  
• DVDs
  
• Film festival deliverables - exhibition prints and other associated costs 
  

Through our previous fundraiser, we successfully raised $2600 to help us with pre-production and principle photography.  Due to a major blizzard in February, the film turned out to be logistically more expensive than expected. We now need additional financial assistance to help us wrap up.
