|
A holiday tradition, four friends trudge through the snow in search of the perfect Christmas tree. What they discover in the woods are lessons to last a lifetime. This award-winning script will be shot this winter and released in time for the 2010 holiday season.
This short film features Daniel Stern (“Home Alone” and “The Wonder Years”) as The Narrator and a musical score by two-time Emmy winner, Michael Whalen.

Great news! The National Christmas Tree Association has named Chris Botek as its Grand Champion for 2010. Chris, along with his parents, Margaret and Francis Botek own Crystal Spring Tree Farm in Lehighton, PA where Branches was filmed. The Boteks won this remarkable award once before in 2006. Crystal Spring Tree Farm will be delivering the White House Christmas Tree to Michelle Obama later this year. Congrats! |

Don Riemer joins the team as Editor and the post-production of the movie continues to advance. In June, Daniel Stern’s Narration and Michael Whalen’s score will compliment the final cut of the film and we’ll begin to get the film ready for the festival circuit. |

On the Monday, March 8, 2010 episode of David Letterman’s show, Jody Ebert will reprise his role as the F.U. guy. We were fortunate enough to have Jody play “Wade” in Branches and not only did he deliver a fantastic performance, he kept the rest of the cast and crew laughing the entire weekend. He’s something special. So, if you can, check out tonight’s David Letterman and he’ll appear before the Top 10 list. |

Hey Everyone! The countdown is on! Let’s build some positive momentum during these two weeks leading up our target filming weekend (Feb 12-14).
