Thank you for taking the time to learn about my upcoming CD project.
I’m looking forward to sharing with you several of my chamber works that have not yet been recorded, including my latest work for cello and piano, “Tenancy,” commissioned this past fall to celebrate the modern dance company SENSEDANCE’s 20th anniversary season. Another SENSEDANCE commission, the piano trio “Dinner is West” (2005), will also be included on this CD along with “A Collage of Memories,” for violin and piano (to be performed by violinist Patricia Davis who commissioned the work), “Wood, Water & Land” for solo marimba, “Dickinson Songs” for voice and guitar, “Dragonfly” for viola, clarinet and piano, and “Rhapsody” for piano solo.

Some of my esteemed colleagues and friends will join me in recording these pieces at the new state-of-the-art DiMenna Center for Classical Music. Once again I will be collaborating with the noted recording engineer Leszek Maria Wojcik and the talented graphic designer Lorenz Ehrsam who have done such wonderful work for me in the past. Sought-after photographer Douglas Gorenstein took the marvelous photos that will appear on the CD cover.
The funds I raise will cover the cost of the musicians, recording engineer, recording space, graphic design for the CD booklet and CD manufacturing. A detailed budget will be sent to you upon request. Donors will be acknowledged (unless preferring to remain anonymous) on my website and/or in the CD booklet. See the column to the right for more details on what donors can receive as a token of appreciation.
This CD will be available for sale on Amazon.com and CD Baby along with all its digital affiliates including iTunes, Rhapsody, et al.
