Hi everyone! First off, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has given to this project. Whether you've given $200 or $10, your donation means a lot to me. It's enabled us to make this film, and I couldn't be more excited to make it!
However, as you've probably noticed, we are still trying to get more money. If I just said we're able to make this project, why would we be trying to raise more money? As production draws near, we are beginning to realize just how much our film would be helped with just a little bit more. We would use the little extra bit of money primarily to rent some inexpensive gear. It will dramatically increase the quality of our finished product. We want to make something that all of us, including you, can be proud of, so we felt it was worth it to try and raise this extra money.

"Attic" is the story of a young woman, Rachel, who's haunted by the memory of her mother, who died when Rachel was young. After returning from an overseas trip, Rachel begins to be haunted by more than just her memories, when she starts hearing strange noises from up in the attic where her mother's belongings are stored.


What We Need

After planning out our movie (THANKS AGAIN TO THOSE WHO DONATED), we've realized that a few extra touches could really knock it up a notch. (BAM!) Things like better equipment (including a steady-cam) and more creative freedom for our Art Department. This will make the film look exponentially better, delivering a greater amount of entertainment to the viewers!


Our Story

We're a small group of independent filmmakers who met in college and have continued collaborating since then. All of us share a passion for telling great stories and creating art that not only entertains, but engages the mind.


Where We're at Currently

We've cast the film with two very talented actresses! The main character, Rachel, will be played by Kate Hackett (left). Her Sister, Kim, will be played by Lynne-Marie Beard (right).

We also have a location locked! We'll be shooting principal photography May 13-15. All the primary crew positions are filled, we just need to add a few finishing touches!
