My first camera was a Kodak Instamatic that I stole from my mothers desk drawer when I was 12. I bought my first Pentax K1000 when I was 14 and havent looked back since.
Ive picked up arts the way some people pick up bad habits, and for much the same reason: the deep satisfaction of them.
I havent gone to school for any of it. Theyre just in me. Ive learned technique from other professionals and other creatives, wherever I can find it, hell, off the grafitti I see in downtown LA.
Im in it for the adventure as much as anything.
