Humanity Inspired – Powered By You!

I have spent more than 30 years working with the homeless, raising funds for battered women shelters and helping bring better living conditions to Africa and other countries like India. I wasnt a rich guy while I did all this just a guy who was living Mahatma Ghandis advice of being the change I wished to see in the world.

For a long time I have wanted to write and publish a book about Little Ideas that I hope will inspire people everywhere to do little things that can have some pretty large consequences. These Little Ideas could ripple out to the ends of our planet and enough Little Ideas can create massive impact. The book is titled:

As a Backer you will have the opportunity to throw your pebble, stone or rock into the sea of humanity and our planet and watch the effect as ripples of change spread out into our world. This is not MY book but instead a book for all of us.

Why This Book?

Repeatedly over the years people have asked me What can I do with my limited resources? Can one person really make much difference in the world?

I also know that I am an ideas guy and I would like to invite other idea people like me to help me with this project. Ideally I would like to see a series of books on this subject with hundreds of ideas that would suit the resources, environments, energies and preferences of people all over the world.

In The Tipping Point Malcolm Gladwell says little changes can have big effects and that change happens not gradually but at one dramatic moment. Maybe you have heard about The Shift taking place on the planet however I think for this shift to take place we have to reach a tipping point and we are not there yet. This book these Little Ideas spread and acted upon could be what is needed to flip the switch.

Funding
I have wanted to act on this project for a long time but never had the time. Now I have the time because I am suddenly unemployed but I dont have the money. Thats when I thought about all of you at Indiegogo and had this crazy idea that maybe there were enough people out there that wanted to fuel this project; that I didnt have to do this alone, that this didnt have to be MY project. I DO NOT seek glory or fame, instead my heart burns for change.

I want to work on this full time for the next few months or as long as the project needs me to get it to the Tipping Point. I have chosen $28,000 as that would insure that I can focus on this project. I know it is a lot of money but I want to do it right and I want to make sure I dont run out of money.

I hope to inspire people to purchase multiple copies to give away so that we create a movement of Little Ideas, each one causing little ripples and collectively causing a Tsunami that shifts our planet into a new reality.
