Documenting the most rigorous and sadistic filmmaking competition ever devised
PROJECT HOME UPDATES COMMENTS FUNDERS

The 48×10 is a video blogging/social networking project that will be following 10 teams in 10 cities in 10 weeks for the 10th anniversary of the 48 Hour Film Project. We will upload dozens of clips daily to a wide variety of video sharing and social networking sites to keep you in touch with all the filmmaking teams and events as if you were actually there. Additionally, we will be telling the story of the four filmmakers on the journey as they endeavor to keep up with these 10 teams of sleep deprived filmmakers.

When we’re done with our 10 week tour, we will take all the footage and cut it into a documentary telling the whole story in one, cohesive block.

Dom Zook is a producer, actor, director and social networking geek. Dom will be responsible for community outreach and video syndication for the 48x10.
Coree Spencer
Coree Spencer is a comedian and filmmaker orginally for Portland, OR now living and making people laugh in San Francisco. Coree will be our front line of interaction with everyone we talk to on our journey.
kirk nordenstrom
Krk Nordenstrom is an editor, teacher and producer is Seattle. He runs the Seattle leg of the 48 Hour Film Project and concocted this 10 city, 70 day project. He will serve as the project producer and camera operator.

HOW THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED
The 48x10 team is being given an opportunity for an up close and intimate look at Filmapalooza 2010, the 48 Hour Film Project's best of 2009 and awards screening.

We will talk to the filmmakers, event producers and founders of the competition at the annual celebration marking the 10th anniversary of the 48HFP.

The funds raised will be used to cover the following expenses: Airfare and hotel for 4 for four nights, car rental, equipment rental, and food.

We have a very polished schedule and experienced crew who really want to show off the social networking/video sharing methodology we have created.
