We (Striped Socks Productions – Justin D. Hilliard, Arianne Martin, & Ryan Hartsell) took our feature film, the dark drama/comedy ‘The Other Side of Paradise’, on the road…hopping in an 86 station wagon and driving through 22 STATES in 30 DAYS. With the help of others (DIWO), we put on WOM (word of mouth) screenings, free screenings, DEMANDED screenings, & interviewed several fellow INDEPENDENTS (from filmmakers to small-business owners) across the country.
Now that the road trip is over, we’ve started covering the aftermath & the pre-production of our next feature narrative ‘SWALLOW’. We still have several meetings & interviews setup from LA to NY…and need YOUR HELP to make those happen!
